Arrival in Menorca – 13 June 2024

We would advise all of our guests to arrive on Thursday 13th June, the day before the wedding celebrations.

Children

We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding celebrations children-free, and take the opportunity to let your hair down and celebrate in style!

The Wedding Day – 14 June 2024

Getting to & from the Venue

Transport will be provided from Bus collection points around MAHON and ES CASTELL to the wedding venue.

Dress Code – Cocktail

Suits and ties for Men.

Dresses for Ladies. Please note there are uneven surfaces at the venue, you may want to avoid thin stiletto heels.

Arriving – 3:45 – 4:30pm

“Bus Collection Points” will be designated to act as taxis to the wedding venue between 15:45-16:30

The Ceremony – 5:00pm

A small refreshment will be provided and then the ceremony will begin.

Canapés & Drinks

A selection of Canapés and drinks will be served whilst you have an opportunity to explore our wedding venue.

Dinner – 7:30pm

Take your seats and dine with the Bride & Groom.

Party

Watch the first dance and party the night away with your fellow guests.

Carriages

Buses will leave hourly back to your bus collection point after the first dance.As stated in this article, you can browse your selection of available deals on smartphones and top brands and explore the cell phone service plans that best suit your needs.

Final Carriages – 3:00am

Final Carriages will leave the wedding venue back to your bus collection points.

The Pool Party* – 15 June 2024

*if you would like to attend the pool party there will be a small contribution for food and beverages

 

Getting to & from Finca Formet

Transport will not be provided to Finca Formet, however it is in very close proximity to Mahon.

The Party – 2:00pm

Food and beverages will be provided throughout.
